1. Policy Overview
Voice to Congress charges a one-time fee of $10.99 for the AI Letter Builder service. Because our service involves the immediate delivery of digitally generated content, our refund policy is specific about what qualifies for a refund.
We want every customer to be satisfied with their experience. If you have a problem, please contact us — we will do our best to resolve it fairly and promptly.
2. Refund Eligibility

- Letter failed to generate after successful payment
- Technical error prevented letter from displaying
- Letter generated was blank or substantially incomplete
- Duplicate charge or double payment occurred
- Payment processed but service was unavailable
- Request submitted within 7 days of purchase
✗ Not Eligible for Refund
- Dissatisfaction with the content or tone of a successfully generated letter
- Change of mind after letter has been generated and displayed
- Letter generated but user chose not to use it
- Request submitted more than 7 days after purchase
- User provided inaccurate or incomplete questionnaire responses
- Issues caused by the user's own device or internet connection
We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. In cases where a technical issue clearly prevented service delivery, we will always resolve in the customer's favor.
3. How to Request a Refund
Contact Us Within 7 Days
Submit your refund request through our Contact Page or by emailing support@citizensspeakup.org within 7 days of your purchase date.
Include Required Information
Include your full name, email address used for the purchase, your PayPal transaction ID, date of purchase, and a brief description of the issue you experienced.
We Review Your Request
We will review your request within 2 business days and respond with a determination. If your request is approved, we will initiate the refund immediately.
Refund Processed
Approved refunds are processed back to your original PayPal payment method. Depending on your bank and PayPal, refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days after processing.
4. Refund Timeline
- Refund request window: Within 7 days of purchase
- Review and response time: Within 2 business days of receiving your request
- Refund processing time: 1–3 business days after approval
- Time to appear in your account: 3–5 business days after processing (varies by bank)
All approved refunds are returned to the original PayPal payment method used at checkout. We are unable to issue refunds to a different account or via a different payment method.
5. Free Services
Access to our free resources — including the Find My Representatives page, educational content, and sample template letters — is provided at no charge and is therefore not subject to any refund policy. No payment is required to access free features.
6. Payment Disputes
If you believe an unauthorized charge has occurred on your account, please contact us immediately at support@citizensspeakup.org before filing a dispute with PayPal or your bank.
We will investigate all reported unauthorized charges promptly and work with you toward a fair resolution. Filing a chargeback with your bank before contacting us may delay resolution and limit our ability to assist you.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your refund eligibility.
