These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Voice to Congress ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our website and services located at voicetocongress.com.
By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our website and services.
By using Voice to Congress, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Description of Services
Voice to Congress provides a civic communication platform that offers the following services:
Free Services
- Access to educational resources about civic engagement
- Links to official government websites for finding elected representatives
- Free sample template letters organized by issue category
- Informational content about how government works
Paid Services
- AI-powered personalized letter generation — $10.99 per letter
- Letters are generated using the OpenAI API based on your questionnaire responses
- Generated letters are displayed on screen for you to copy and print
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice.
3. Permitted and Prohibited Use
Permitted Use
You may use Voice to Congress for personal, non-commercial civic communication purposes, including writing letters to your own elected representatives about issues that personally concern you.
Prohibited Use
You may not use our platform for any of the following purposes:
- Commercial lobbying, paid political advocacy, or organized campaign activities
- Generating letters on behalf of other individuals without their knowledge and consent
- Submitting false or misleading information in your questionnaire responses
- Any activity that violates federal, state, or local laws or regulations
- Harassment, threats, or any content intended to intimidate or harm elected officials
- Reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting our services or generated content
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with our platform or services
- Creating multiple accounts or fraudulently accessing paid services
- Impersonating another person or providing a false identity in your letter
⚠ Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to our services and, where applicable, referral to appropriate legal authorities.
4. Payment Terms
The AI Letter Builder service is available for a one-time fee of $10.99 per letter. Payment is processed through PayPal prior to letter generation. We do not process or store any payment information directly.
- All payments are final upon processing unless eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy
- You must have a valid PayPal account or credit/debit card accepted by PayPal
- Prices are subject to change; changes will be posted on the platform before taking effect

5. User Content and Responsibility
By submitting information through our questionnaire, you represent and warrant that:
- All information you provide is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge
- You are the person described in the letter and are writing on your own behalf
- You have reviewed and approve of the generated letter before using it
- You accept full responsibility for the content of any letter you send to elected officials
Voice to Congress does not pre-screen, verify, or take responsibility for the accuracy of information you provide. You are solely responsible for ensuring your letter is accurate, appropriate, and compliant with applicable laws before sending it.
6. AI-Generated Content
Letters generated by our AI system are created based solely on the information you provide. We make no warranty that generated letters will be free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. AI-generated content may contain imperfections and should always be carefully reviewed before use.
Voice to Congress is not responsible for the consequences of sending any AI-generated letter to any elected official or third party. You assume all responsibility for any letter you choose to send.
Generated letters are provided "as-is" and are intended as a starting point for your communication. We encourage you to personalize, edit, and review any generated letter to ensure it accurately represents your views.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Voice to Congress website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Voice to Congress and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Letters generated through our platform using your personal information are provided to you for your personal use. You may use, copy, print, and share your generated letter for personal civic communication purposes. You may not resell, commercially distribute, or claim intellectual property rights over our platform's underlying tools, templates, or technology.
8. Disclaimers
Voice to Congress provides its services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
We expressly disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any letter generated through our platform will achieve any particular result, response, or outcome from any elected official.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Voice to Congress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damages resulting from letters sent to elected officials.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Voice to Congress is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be subject to good faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of Voice to Congress after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
